• You received the wrong product.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used products.

• Products damaged due to misuse.

• Products returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Individual whitening results may vary from person to person. Because results depend on factors such as oral hygiene habits, diet, and existing tooth discoloration, we cannot guarantee identical results for every customer.
